I’ve been on the road again!
So this time of year is always such a busy one…and I have been having amazing fun out on the road again visiting schools. Recently, I had a fabulous time at The Royal Masonic School for Girls in Rickmansworth.
I was invited to talk to all of Year 7 and Year 8 and I had a wonderful time chatting about the power of stories…and the fun of symbols. The students and staff were so welcoming and I had an incredible time looking around the amazing school campus.
The library was possibly the most unusual school library I’ve ever been in…and it was such a privilege to hold my sessions there. And the rest of the school was incredible too. Do check out the beautiful stained glass windows on the video montage. There was one for each of Shakespeare’s plays. The whole school was literally packed full of stories!
I really hope very much that I can return one day. The school has been used as the location for lots of film shoots…including Indiana Jones! So you can imagine how inspired I was by the whole visit.
So…please excuse me if I nip off now and get writing!
In the meantime, Happy Secret Breaking everyone!
