‘River of Ink’ wins Bronze

It has been such an amazing couple of months for ‘River of Ink’! Firstly, there’s been the excitement of seeing the final book in the series, ‘Immortal’, hit the shelves. It’s been great to get feedback from readers and hear what they think about the end of Jed and Kassia’s adventures. I love hearing what people think so do feel free to add reviews on any online sites like Amazon and Goodreads as it helps draw the book to people’s attention and is a great way to share! Thank you so much for all the lovely things you have said about the story. I am very excited to see the whole adventure in print now as I had so much fun working with these characters and travelling their journey with them!

And it has been quite a journey for me too.

I am thrilled to say that ‘River of Ink’ has been recognised by several prizes arranged across the country. It made several longlists and shortlists and was voted Book of the Year by readers in Salisbury. I am also thrilled to say that it won Bronze in the Amazing Book Awards. I had the most wonderful time at the prize event and was so totally thrilled to see my book included in such wonderful company. What made this award so special is that every stage of the voting was decided by readers, right from the longlist down to the overall winners, so I am so chuffed to hear that people are enjoying the books and wanting to know more.

And talking of more, there are lots of exiting plans ahead for more writing adventures but I am sworn to secrecy for now! But do check back here when you can, as I promise you I am still writing so definitely keep your eyes peeled to find out which adventure I will be tackling next!
